Carrie Accardi
Founder of 22 Love. Deeply rooted in Love and Gratitude with a lifelong desire to help others. I have been drawn to service in many different ways over the years.
I am happiest with my loved ones but in absence of that I am at my best when I am barefoot on a beach at sunrise or in a forest surrounded by trees and nature.
Professional experience is as a second generation construction and real estate professional with 25 years experience in the industry and co-owner of Piccard Homes; a homebuilding company. Married for 29 years to my supportive husband, Mike, who I met in college and is also my business partner.
We have three children in their early 20’s; one daughter and two sons. With our children grown I have more time to dedicate to the business of helping others. I am blessed to have their support and interest in joining me in this endeavor along with my beautiful badass warrior tribe of women.

Experience with education, professional writing, special educational consulting and assessment, educational leadership, research-based interventions, and creative business solutions.
Employed with Montgomery County Public Schools as a teacher and leader for 23 years, began my career in Baltimore City Infants and Toddlers Program. Serving children and families is my core value.
Served as former Executive Director of ProPower nonprofit foundation and currently serving as secretary for Firebirds Track Club nonprofit foundation.

Tina Copeland
Happy wife and mom of 3, house and family manager, daughter, sister, aunt, construction professional, process planner, developer and implementor, professional cat herder, sports/team mom. Proud Maryland native, from PG County. I loved growing up where I did so much that I purchased the house next door to my parents.
Currently living the daily grind at this stage in life with younger children. I can routinely be found at work, a ball field, or school function.
Inspired by Carrie Accardi and the 22 LOVE vision. While surrounded by my organized chaos, Carrie and the 22 LOVE vision brings perspective that our collective experience at various stages in life can be impactful and helpful as we work towards our development for planning effective ways to help other women and families.
